RefDeal will not invent a “Turbo unlock promo,” a 100%-ceiling coupon, or an EU payout minimum copied from a 2023 screenshot. Maximum processor state is a Windows plan percentage: 100% = allow the CPU’s full P-state range (including Turbo/Boost on many Intel/AMD SKUs); 99% is a well-known quiet-PC trick that often blocks Turbo; 50% is a hard cap. EarnApp is a Bright Data client that needs a live, recognisably residential session and a CPU that still wakes for the tray. Install from the tracked invite, then set Maximum processor state to 100% on AC (keep Minimum at 100% and System cooling policy Active on AC). A travel laptop can keep a lower ceiling on battery; do not farm that chassis overnight in a bag.
Confirm it is max processor state, not min state or cooling policy
Maximum processor state 99% is not min processor state — it is a quiet-hour EarnApp stall from a Turbo/P-state ceiling, not a missing promo code.
- Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → your active plan → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings. Expand Processor power management. - If Maximum processor state is already 100% on AC but Minimum is still 5%, that is the min-processor-state guide. Floor vs ceiling are different rows
- If both percentages are 100% but System cooling policy is still Passive, that is the cooling-policy guide. Active vs Passive is not a percentage
- If Energy Saver is still On in Settings, that is the Energy Saver guide first. That toggle can cap performance independently of PROCTHROTTLEMAX
- If Task Manager shows Efficiency on the EarnApp.exe leaf, that is the Efficiency-mode guide first. EcoQoS is a process QoS class, not a plan ceiling
- If Put my device to sleep after is 5, 10, or 15 minutes on AC, that is the always-on guide first. A parked CPU after Sleep is Sleep (or Modern Standby), not a 99% cap
- From an elevated Command Prompt: powercfg /q SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR. Look for Maximum processor state / PROCTHROTTLEMAX. 100% (AC) is the farm value. Search “Maximum processor state Windows 11” on Microsoft Learn, not a Telegram “EarnApp turbo unlock.zip”
Set maximum processor state to 100% on the EarnApp box, on AC
Do this on the machine that actually runs EarnApp, on the home Ethernet port (or stable home Wi‑Fi) you intend to keep. Do not fight a work laptop whose MDM restores 99%, and do not farm a phone hotspot.
- Open /earnapp/ and use the RefDeal tracked invite if the client is not installed yet. The invite attributes a first signup. It does not change processor ceilings
- Best EU path: spare Ethernet mini-PC — Maximum processor state = 100% plugged in. Minimum processor state = 100%. System cooling policy = Active. Energy Saver Off. Efficiency leaf Off. Game Mode Off. Put my device to sleep after = Never. Leave the box on AC, vents clear
- On battery on a real travel laptop: 99% or a lower ceiling can be reasonable (cooler, quieter, often no Turbo). Farm overnight only on AC with 100% / 100%, Active cooling, Sleep Never, and the chassis not in a bag
- Tell the household: a dark monitor is supposed to happen; a spare box that is allowed to Boost on AC is also supposed to happen on a farm. Do not buy a “Turbo unlock pack”. Skip EarnApp on a shared bedroom desktop that must stay thermally silent at night
After the ceiling is 100% and Sleep stays Never
Sign in with the same account you intend to keep. Leave the box on AC. Confirm the official tray through a quiet hour. Use /earnapp/ if you never started from our tracked invite.
