RefDeal will not invent a “C-state unlock promo,” an idle-disable coupon, or an EU payout minimum copied from a 2023 screenshot. Processor idle disable is a Windows plan switch (IDLEDISABLE): Disabled = allow processor idle / C-states (the default; deep C3/C6/C8 can park uncore and USB after a quiet hour); Enabled = disable processor idle so the CPU stays in C0. The name is backwards on purpose — Enabled means “turn idle off.” EarnApp is a Bright Data client that needs a live, recognisably residential session and a NIC that still answers. Install from the tracked invite, then set Processor idle disable to Enabled on AC on a spare, well-vented mini-PC. A travel laptop should keep Disabled (allow C-states) on battery; do not farm that chassis overnight in a bag — Enabled idle-disable raises heat and watts.
Confirm it is idle disable, not min processor state or boost mode
Processor idle disable Disabled is not min processor state 5% — it is a quiet-hour EarnApp stall from deep C-states on an “awake” box, not a missing promo code.
- Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → your active plan → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings. Expand Processor power management. You should see Minimum processor state, Maximum processor state, System cooling policy, Processor performance boost mode, and — if unhidden — Processor idle disable. - If Put my device to sleep after is 5, 10, or 15 minutes on AC, that is the always-on guide first. A parked machine after Sleep is Sleep (or Modern Standby), not C-states while “awake”

Set processor idle disable to Enabled on the EarnApp box, on AC
Do this on the machine that actually runs EarnApp, on the home Ethernet port (or stable home Wi‑Fi) you intend to keep. Do not fight a work laptop whose MDM restores Disabled, and do not farm a phone hotspot.

- On battery on a real travel laptop: keep Processor idle disable = Disabled (allow C-states) so the chassis can cool. Farm overnight only on AC with idle-disable Enabled, boost Enabled, 100% / 100%, Active cooling, Sleep Never, and the chassis not in a bag
- Tell the household: a dark monitor is supposed to happen; a spare box that stays in C0 on AC will run warmer and may spin fans. Do not buy a “C-state unlock pack”. Skip EarnApp on a shared bedroom desktop that must stay thermally silent at night
After idle disable is Enabled and Sleep stays Never
