Read the banner before you panic-stack
Dashboards use different words for similar problems: quality limits, device caps, region soft-bans, KYC holds, or fraud reviews. Screenshot the exact message and timestamp — support needs that, not a third APK.
Often the root is shared IP / CGNAT (cgnat-shared-ip-pay-rates-europe-2026), roommate collisions (roommate-house-rules-earn-apps-2026) or ISP shaping after a heavy week (isp-throttle-after-earn-apps-europe-2026).
Recovery sequence (48 hours)
Silence beats a revenge stack on a limited dashboard.
- Quit all bandwidth / Docker earners except the limited one (or quit all if multi-limited)
- Disable VPN/proxy extensions; reconnect on home residential Wi‑Fi only
- One official client on one spare device — no phone hotspot juggling
- Reboot modem; note public IP type (CGNAT suspicion → shared-ip / cgnat guides)
- Complete any KYC / email / phone prompts exactly once (earn-app-kyc-payout-europe-2026)
- Do not buy “account unlock”, residential proxy packs, or multi-login browsers
- After 24–48h quiet: check rates; if still limited, open in-app support with screenshots
Safer lanes while the account cools
Cashback on planned purchases and time-boxed surveys do not share the same IP-quality scoreboard. See bandwidth-vs-cashback-vs-surveys-2026 and first-earn-app-checklist-2026 before restarting a second bandwidth brand.
If landlord or dorm Wi‑Fi caused the limit, switch lanes entirely until you control the contract (landlord-wifi / dorm-wifi).
