What this guide is (and is not)
Sleep, lid-close and “never sleep on AC” belong in always-on-pc-earnapp-setup-europe-2026. First PayPal cash-out timing belongs in earnapp-first-paypal-cashout-europe-2026. Here we only debug connectivity and a stuck dashboard after a real install.
RefDeal will not invent a daily dollar rate, a promo code, or a guaranteed time-to-first-cent. EarnApp / Bright Data change demand and device status in-app. Trust the live tray + dashboard, not a screenshot from 2023.
Confirm you are on the official path
Offline is usually path + network, not a missing coupon.
- Open the RefDeal EarnApp offer and use the disclosed tracked invite URL — not a Telegram “code” typed into PayPal
- Download only from the EarnApp site the invite lands on; skip APK mirrors, cracked EXEs, and “modded” GitHub zips
- Sign in with the same email you used on the invite; a second account on the same household IP often looks dead
- If you already installed from a random blog, uninstall, reboot, then reinstall via the tracked invite so attribution and binaries match
If the tray says Offline
Treat Offline as a network/client problem, not as “EarnApp is broken in Europe.” Work top-down. Do not add Honeygain on the same IP to “test demand.”
- Windows Defender Firewall: allow EarnApp on private networks; a silent block looks like Offline with a green Wi‑Fi icon
- Quit any VPN, “privacy DNS” overlay, or residential-proxy extension on that PC — EarnApp expects a normal home ISP path (see vpn-split-tunnel-vs-earn-app-bans-europe-2026)
- Use the household Wi‑Fi/ethernet you pay for — not a phone hotspot, café, campus, or CGNAT-heavy travel SIM as day-one proof
- One EarnApp client per machine; two copies or a VM plus host on the same public IP is a common Offline / Limited pair
- If the dashboard shows Limited instead of Offline, stop this list and read dashboard-limited-earn-app-recovery-2026
If it says Online but the balance stays $0
Primary CTA stays the EarnApp offer with our tracked invite. Hub: /guides/bandwidth-safety/. Starter: /en/start/bandwidth/.
- Confirm the PC actually stays awake (then follow the always-on guide — do not mix that checklist here)
- Do not stack a second bandwidth app on day one; IP sharing can freeze both (stacking-earn-apps-safely-2026)
- Do not move the same account to a VPS or datacenter IP to “force demand” — that usually kills residential rates
- When a week of Online uptime still shows nothing moving, cash-out questions wait — first PayPal guide is later, not now
