RefDeal will not invent a “CPU unlock promo,” a processor-state coupon, or an EU payout minimum copied from a 2023 screenshot. Minimum processor state is a Windows plan percentage (100% = cores stay available; 5% = aggressive parking / P-state drop). EarnApp is a Bright Data client that needs a live, recognisably residential session and a CPU that still wakes for the tray. Install from the tracked invite, then set Minimum processor state to 100% on AC (Maximum processor state 100%; leave System cooling policy Active if the box has a fan). A travel laptop can keep 5% on battery; do not farm that chassis overnight.
Confirm it is min processor state, not Energy Saver or EcoQoS
5% Minimum processor state is not Energy Saver — it is a quiet-hour EarnApp stall from core parking, not a missing promo code.
- Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → your active plan → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings. Expand Processor power management. - If Energy Saver is still On in Settings, that is the Energy Saver guide first. That toggle can cap performance independently of this percentage row
- If Task Manager shows Efficiency on the EarnApp.exe leaf, that is the Efficiency-mode guide first. EcoQoS is a process QoS class, not Minimum processor state
- If Put my device to sleep after is 5, 10, or 15 minutes on AC, that is the always-on guide first. A parked CPU after Sleep is Sleep (or Modern Standby), not 5% min state
- If the stall is AHCI HIPM/DIPM or PCIe ASPM, those are disk/link pages — this page is CPU percentage only
- From an elevated Command Prompt: powercfg /q SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR. Look for Minimum processor state. 100% is the farm value on AC. Search “Minimum processor state Windows 11” on Microsoft Learn, not a Telegram “EarnApp CPU unlock.zip”
Set min processor state to 100% on the EarnApp box, on AC
Do this on the machine that actually runs EarnApp, on the home Ethernet port (or stable home Wi‑Fi) you intend to keep. Do not fight a work laptop whose MDM restores 5%, and do not farm a phone hotspot.
- Open /earnapp/ and use the RefDeal tracked invite if the client is not installed yet. The invite attributes a first signup. It does not change processor power percentages
- Best EU path: spare Ethernet mini-PC — Minimum processor state = 100% plugged in. Maximum processor state = 100%. System cooling policy = Active if a fan exists. Energy Saver Off. Efficiency leaf Off. Game Mode Off. Put my device to sleep after = Never. Leave the box on AC, vents clear
- On battery on a real travel laptop: 5–50% min state can be reasonable. Farm overnight only on AC with 100% / 100% and Sleep Never
- Tell the household: a dark monitor is supposed to happen; a spare box that does not park cores at 5% on AC is also supposed to happen on a farm. Do not buy a “CPU unlock pack”
After min state is 100% and Sleep stays Never
Sign in with the same account you intend to keep. Leave the box on AC. Confirm the official tray through a quiet hour. Use /earnapp/ if you never started from our tracked invite.
