RefDeal will not invent a “screen-timeout promo,” a black-panel coupon, or an EU payout minimum copied from a 2023 screenshot. Display timeout is a Windows power switch. EarnApp is a Bright Data client that needs a live, recognisably residential session. Install from the tracked invite, then set Turn off my screen after to a short plugged-in value (2–10 minutes is honest on a spare mini-PC) and Put my device to sleep after = Never on AC — or do not farm a box whose household still uses Sleep as a night-light. A travel laptop can keep a sleep timeout; do not farm that chassis overnight.
Confirm it is screen timeout, not Sleep, S0, or the power-button row
Sleep after 5 minutes is not a screen saver — it is an overnight EarnApp killer, not a missing promo code.

- If Put my device to sleep after is 5, 10, or 15 minutes on AC, that is the always-on guide first. A black screen after that timeout is Sleep (or Modern Standby), not display-off. Fix Sleep to Never, then return here for the screen row
- If the stall is only after a chassis tap that already says Turn off the display, use the power-button guide. That is a hardware event. This page is the idle display timer
- If the panel blanks and the tray goes Limited / Offline on a modern laptop even with Sleep Never, run powercfg /a and use the Modern Standby guide. Classic desktops and many mini-PCs really do just DPMS the monitor
- Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → Change plan settings still shows Turn off the display and Put the computer to sleep as two dropdowns. Change advanced power settings → Display → Turn off display after is the same timeout in minutes. Search “turn off the display Windows 11” on Microsoft Learn, not a Telegram “EarnApp screen-off.zip”
- A screensaver is neither Sleep nor display-off. It can look “dark” while the GPU still drives a full desktop. Prefer Turn off the display after over a black screensaver on a farm box
Set turn-off-display on the EarnApp box, Sleep Never on AC
Do this on the machine that actually runs EarnApp, on the home Ethernet port (or stable home Wi‑Fi) you intend to keep. Do not fight a work laptop whose MDM restores a 3-minute Sleep timeout, and do not farm a phone hotspot.
- Open /earnapp/ and use the RefDeal tracked invite if the client is not installed yet. The invite attributes a first signup. It does not change Screen and sleep
- Best EU path: spare Ethernet mini-PC — Turn off my screen after = 2–10 minutes (plugged in). Put my device to sleep after = Never (plugged in). Power button Do nothing (or Turn off the display as an event). Lid Do nothing if it has a lid. Hibernate after Never. Allow hybrid sleep Off. Leave the box on AC, vents clear
- On battery on a real travel laptop: a sleep timeout can be reasonable. Farm overnight only on AC with Sleep Never and a short screen timeout
- Tell the household: a dark monitor is supposed to happen. Do not tap the chassis into Sleep “to turn the light off.” Confirm the official tray stays Online with the panel black. Do not buy a “display-off unlock pack”
After the screen times out and Sleep stays Never
Sign in with the same account you intend to keep. Leave the box on AC. Confirm the official tray with the monitor dark. Use /earnapp/ if you never started from our tracked invite.
