EarnApp vs Windows 11 system cooling policy (EU 2026)

Güncellendi 8 dk okuma

Sleep after is Never on AC. Energy Saver is Off. Efficiency mode on the EarnApp process is Off. Game Mode is Off. Minimum processor state is already 100% plugged in. The tray is Online — then Limited after a quiet hour on a spare box whose Balanced plan still uses Passive System cooling policy, so clocks drop to stay cool instead of the fan spinning. Bright Data wants a live residential session and a CPU that still schedules the client. Min processor state is a percentage; Energy Saver is a Settings toggle; Efficiency EcoQoS is a Task Manager leaf; this page is Advanced power settings → Processor power management → System cooling policy (Active vs Passive) on AC — not Sleep Never as a story, not PayPal.

What this guide is (and is not)

Idle Sleep after / “never sleep on AC” as the farm policy belongs in always-on-pc-earnapp-setup-europe-2026. Processor power management → Minimum processor state (5% vs 100%) belongs in earnapp-windows-min-processor-state-europe-2026. Settings → System → Power & battery → Energy Saver belongs in earnapp-windows-energy-saver-europe-2026. Task Manager Efficiency mode / EcoQoS on the EarnApp leaf belongs in earnapp-windows-efficiency-mode-europe-2026. Game Mode belongs in earnapp-windows-game-mode-europe-2026. Xbox Game Bar belongs in earnapp-windows-xbox-game-bar-europe-2026. AHCI HIPM/DIPM belongs in earnapp-windows-ahci-link-power-europe-2026. PCI Express ASPM belongs in earnapp-windows-pcie-aspm-europe-2026. USB selective suspend belongs in earnapp-windows-usb-selective-suspend-europe-2026. Turn off hard disk after belongs in earnapp-windows-hard-disk-timeout-europe-2026. When plugged in, turn off my screen after belongs in earnapp-windows-turn-off-display-europe-2026. Power button, lid close, hybrid sleep, Hibernate after, Modern Standby, Fast startup, NIC Device Manager, Wi‑Fi Power Saving Mode, random MAC, EEE / Green Ethernet, metered NIC, reboot autostart, SmartScreen, new-PC, offline/$0 and first PayPal have their own pages. Here the stall was Processor power management → System cooling policy still sitting on Passive while Sleep after is already Never, Energy Saver is Off, and Minimum processor state is already 100% on AC.

RefDeal will not invent a “fan unlock promo,” a cooling-policy coupon, or an EU payout minimum copied from a 2023 screenshot. System cooling policy is a Windows plan enum: Active = prefer the fan so P-states can stay up; Passive = prefer throttling clocks to stay under a thermal ceiling (often quieter, worse for a spare always-on EarnApp box). EarnApp is a Bright Data client that needs a live, recognisably residential session and a CPU that still wakes for the tray. Install from the tracked invite, then set System cooling policy to Active on AC (keep Minimum and Maximum processor state 100% on AC). A travel laptop can keep Passive on battery; do not farm that chassis overnight in a bag.

Tracked invite → official tray Online → System cooling policy Active on AC → Min/Max processor state 100% → Energy Saver Off → Efficiency leaf Off → Sleep after Never → one quiet week without thermal-throttle lag.

Confirm it is cooling policy, not min processor state or Energy Saver

Passive System cooling policy is not min processor state — it is a quiet-hour EarnApp stall from thermal throttle, not a missing promo code.

  • Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → your active plan → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings. Expand Processor power management. You should see Minimum processor state, Maximum processor state, and System cooling policy (Active or Passive). Some OEM SKUs hide the row — then use powercfg. Screenshot Plugged in and On battery before you touch anything. Settings → System → Power & battery does not show this enum
  • If Minimum processor state is still 5% on AC, that is the min-processor-state guide first. Core parking is a percentage, not Active vs Passive
  • If Energy Saver is still On in Settings, that is the Energy Saver guide first. That toggle can cap performance independently of cooling policy
  • If Task Manager shows Efficiency on the EarnApp.exe leaf, that is the Efficiency-mode guide first. EcoQoS is a process QoS class, not SYSCOOLPOL
  • If Put my device to sleep after is 5, 10, or 15 minutes on AC, that is the always-on guide first. A parked CPU after Sleep is Sleep (or Modern Standby), not Passive cooling
  • If the stall is AHCI HIPM/DIPM or PCIe ASPM, those are disk/link pages — this page is cooling policy only
  • From an elevated Command Prompt: powercfg /q SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR. Look for System cooling policy / SYSCOOLPOL. Active is the farm value on AC. Search “System cooling policy Windows 11” on Microsoft Learn, not a Telegram “EarnApp fan unlock.zip”

Set cooling policy to Active on the EarnApp box, on AC

Do this on the machine that actually runs EarnApp, on the home Ethernet port (or stable home Wi‑Fi) you intend to keep. Do not fight a work laptop whose MDM restores Passive, and do not farm a phone hotspot.

  • Open /earnapp/ and use the RefDeal tracked invite if the client is not installed yet. The invite attributes a first signup. It does not change cooling policy
  • Best EU path: spare Ethernet mini-PC — System cooling policy = Active plugged in. Minimum processor state = 100%. Maximum processor state = 100%. Energy Saver Off. Efficiency leaf Off. Game Mode Off. Put my device to sleep after = Never. Leave the box on AC, vents clear, fan not blocked
  • On battery on a real travel laptop: Passive can be reasonable. Farm overnight only on AC with Active, 100% / 100%, Sleep Never, and the chassis not in a bag
  • Tell the household: a dark monitor is supposed to happen; a spare box whose fan may spin on AC is also supposed to happen on a farm. Do not buy a “fan unlock pack”. Skip EarnApp on a shared bedroom desktop that must stay silent at night

After cooling policy is Active and Sleep stays Never

Sign in with the same account you intend to keep. Leave the box on AC. Confirm the official tray through a quiet hour. Use /earnapp/ if you never started from our tracked invite.

  • Tray Online through a quiet week with cooling Active, min state 100%, and Sleep Never: leave it. We will not quote a fake first-day amount. Screenshot your own dashboard if you need a record
  • Cooling Active but Minimum processor state still 5%: switch to the min-processor-state guide. This page’s enum is done
  • Cooling Active but Energy Saver still On: switch to the Energy Saver guide
  • Cooling Active but EarnApp.exe still shows Efficiency: switch to the Efficiency-mode guide
  • Cooling Active but Sleep after still has minutes: switch to the always-on guide
  • Cooling Active, stall is SATA Partial/Slumber: switch to the AHCI HIPM/DIPM guide
  • Cooling Active, stall is NVMe ASPM: switch to the PCIe ASPM guide
  • Cooling Active, tray Limited on a modern laptop with Sleep Never: switch to the Modern Standby guide and run powercfg /a
  • Cooling Active, min state 100%, Sleep Never, Energy Saver Off, Efficiency leaf Off, Game Mode Off, Game Bar Off, HIPM/DIPM Active or N/A, ASPM Off, USB suspend Off, disk timeout Never, screen timeout short, lid Do nothing, hybrid sleep Off, power button Do nothing, Hibernate Never, Fast startup Off, NIC checkbox Off, EEE Off, Wi‑Fi unused or Maximum Performance, random MAC Off, unmetered home fibre, tray Online, still $0 after a quiet week: switch to the offline/$0 guide (firewall, official binary, Limited)

What we will not claim

There is no RefDeal EarnApp promo code, no published “Active cooling bonus,” and no honest EU minimum we can paste from a 2023 screenshot. Primary CTA stays the EarnApp offer with our tracked invite. Hub: /guides/bandwidth-safety/. Starter: /en/start/bandwidth/.

FAQ

Does Passive cooling policy stop EarnApp?

It can starve the client after a quiet hour when Windows throttles clocks instead of spinning the fan. Min processor state, Energy Saver and Efficiency EcoQoS are different switches. Sleep after is still the bigger overnight killer.

Is there a promo code that fixes cooling policy?

No. System cooling policy is a Windows plan setting (Active vs Passive). There is no RefDeal EarnApp coupon and no “fan unlock” code. Fake minima lists are spam. Use /earnapp/ for the official installer and tracked invite only.

Is this the same as min processor state or Energy Saver?

No. Minimum processor state is a percentage (core parking). Energy Saver is Settings → Power & battery. This page is Advanced power settings → Processor power management → System cooling policy (Active vs Passive).

Should I set Active on a travel laptop?

On AC, Active is the farm value if you insist on using that chassis and a fan is allowed. On battery, keep Passive. A spare home Ethernet mini-PC is the honest overnight path via the tracked invite.

I want Passive cooling on my carry laptop.

Keep it — quieter thermal throttle on battery is normal. That device is a weak overnight EarnApp path. Use a personal spare home PC via the tracked invite, or skip EarnApp on the travel chassis.
